TO HIGH TECH CONNECTIONS
HTC was created by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the US Embassy in the Netherlands. It is a unique public and private consortium dedicated to promoting technological exchanges to drive innovation and pioneer new business matchmaking among American and Dutch companies, institutions and universities.
The Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD) is part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It is the central organ of the Dutch government responsible for promoting the international presence of Dutch companies in foreign markets and for supporting private sector development in emerging markets.
The Center for Economic Growth (CEG) is is a private, not-for-profit, membership based economic and business development organization committed to visionary, regional economic expansion throughout New York State's Capital Region and Tech Valley, a region of more than 1.1 million residents. CEG is a co-organizer of HTC IV in Albany.

HTC 2009 IN ALBANY CANCELLED
As a result of limited numbers of delegates at the go/no-go stage of the preparations for HTC 2009 in Albany, we regret to announce that the fourth edition of HTC, that was scheduled to take place on 7-9 September next, has been cancelled.
